Job Description:

Operate dishwashing machinery to ensure crockery and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain food storage areas, ensuring that freezers and refrigerators are organized and properly stored.
  • Assist with receiving and storing goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Facilitate the reporting of workplace hazards to management for corrective action.
  • Support the chef and kitchen team in basic food preparation, including cutting, peeling, and washing ingredients.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and collaborating effectively with the kitchen team and other staff members.
  • Exceptional attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
