Key Role in Culinary Team

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The role involves supporting senior chefs with high-quality food preparation, guiding junior team members and upholding strict food safety standards, preparing, presenting, and storing a variety of dishes in accordance with established portion and quality standards, and communicating courteously and professionally with guests and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, presenting, and storing dishes according to established standards
  • Communicating effectively with guests and internal departments

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Certificate is a requirement
  • Knowledge of safe handling/lifting procedures is essential
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
