Senior Venue Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled senior venue leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to take on a key role in the management of one of our premier venues.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that high standards of service are maintained at all times. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue and attract new business.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations across the venue
  • Management of staff, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Development and implementation of strategies to grow revenue and attract new business
  • Ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times
  • Managing budgets and financial reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a hospitality environment
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
