Job Title: Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Conflict Resolution Specialist.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. They will also be proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading documents and case files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive calls to applicants and their nominees, including receiving calls from the National Redress Scheme phone line
  • Prepare, edit, and quality-check letters and notices sent to applicants, nominees, and institutions
  • Conduct detailed research and prepare complex request-for-information packages

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate messages clearly and concisely
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and case files
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of legislation, policies, procedures, and information management requirements
  • Ability to interpret complex information and identify key aspects to support validation, assessment, and recommendation processes
  • High-level research and analytical skills, with the ability to make accurate conclusions based on information and evidence
