
Customer Resolution Ambassador

The opportunity to make a positive impact in our customers' lives is waiting for you. As a customer resolution specialist, you will utilize your negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex customer issues and provide tailored resolutions that promote brand advocacy.
Responsibilities:- Exercise independent judgment and communicate effectively with customers to resolve escalated queries.
- Provide high-quality information and accurate notes of customer interactions.
- Take ownership of customer cases and keep them informed of the progress of resolution efforts within required time frames.
- Use appropriate systems and tools to deliver consistent customer solutions and experiences.
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services to meet those needs.
- Liaise effectively with other business areas and stakeholders.
- Escalate recurring complaints.
- Meet individual targets aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Display a commitment to self-improvement and ongoing learning.
- Preferably, contact centre experience or telecommunications background.
- Proven attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong customer resolution focus.
- Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions within company guidelines.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively to source resolutions for customers.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
