Customer Resolution Specialist

The opportunity to make a positive impact in our customers' lives is waiting for you. As a customer resolution specialist, you will utilize your negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex customer issues and provide tailored resolutions that promote brand advocacy.

Responsibilities:
  • Exercise independent judgment and communicate effectively with customers to resolve escalated queries.
  • Provide high-quality information and accurate notes of customer interactions.
  • Take ownership of customer cases and keep them informed of the progress of resolution efforts within required time frames.
  • Use appropriate systems and tools to deliver consistent customer solutions and experiences.
  • Identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services to meet those needs.
  • Liaise effectively with other business areas and stakeholders.
  • Escalate recurring complaints.
  • Meet individual targets aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Display a commitment to self-improvement and ongoing learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Preferably, contact centre experience or telecommunications background.
  • Proven attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong customer resolution focus.
  • Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions within company guidelines.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively to source resolutions for customers.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
