We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a critical role within our Conduct, Performance and Reviews team.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled case resolution specialist to join our team.

As a senior case resolution specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex cases with guidance from your supervisor. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving sensitive cases with expertise and professionalism
  • Applying relevant legislation, policy, and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Developing and presenting clear, concise briefings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Identifying and escalating risks appropriately, providing informed analysis and options to management
  • Contributing to the development and review of HR policies and processes to ensure they are contemporary and aligned with APS standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
  • Highly developed writing and presentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and briefings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and consultation
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy, and enterprise agreements, with the ability to apply them in complex case scenarios
