Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for soliciting and managing group and transient sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and team revenue goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with hotel teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and customer events.
