Job Overview:

This is an on-site position with a focus on empowering clients to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  2. Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  3. Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  4. Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance requirements;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is essential. Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges is desirable. Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders is required, as well as the ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and make placements that result in sustainable employment for clients and employers.
