The Employment Services role is a key position within our organization. We are seeking an individual who can encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be working with clients to build relationships with local employers and source job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and documented;
- Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Ability to work towards KPIs and achieve sustainable employment outcomes;
- A strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
