We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employment Services Professional.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to identify their employment goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Responsibilities- Encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment;
- BUILD relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Deliver exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and make placements that result in sustainable employment;
- Strong desire to support individuals and businesses thrive in partnership;
- Current Driver's Licence.
