
Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team as the first point of contact for patients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, ideally in a call/contact centre, with excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
Responsibilities will include:
- Booking patients into various imaging procedures
- Advising patients on pre-appointment preparation
- Entering patient and referrer information accurately across systems
- Processing billing and liaising with referring doctors and technical teams
We provide extensive initial and ongoing training to set you up for success. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help foster a positive team culture.
This is a permanent part-time position with working hours of 9am - 3pm, Monday - Friday.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in customer service, ideally in a call/contact centre
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Confidence working in a KPI-driven environment
- High attention to detail and adaptability
- Experience using CRM systems and handling confidential information
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Ambition to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
