Agile Project Facilitator

A Scrum Master is responsible for driving agile delivery across complex technical projects. This role involves facilitating planning and execution phases to ensure deliverables align with project goals and agile principles.

  • Guide teams through the delivery of complex projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Support the development of design and test artefacts.
  • Coordinate daily with stakeholders such as testers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to validate outputs and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience facilitating the delivery of complex projects using Agile methodologies.
  • A strong understanding of SAFe methodology and its application within a large and complex program.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to prepare user stories for sprints.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications or industry-recognised certification in management, project management, or a related field.
