Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in leading agile teams and driving meaningful outcomes. As an Agile Team Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating agile events and ceremonies, partnering with stakeholders to prioritise work, and bringing strong business analysis skills to shape solutions.

About You
  • Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or Disciplined Agile (DA) frameworks is essential
  • Extensive experience leading Agile teams in regulated industries is highly valued
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence is necessary
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms is beneficial
Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile events and ceremonies effectively

• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise work collaboratively

• Bring strong business analysis skills to shape innovative solutions

• Work closely with product owners, process leads, and platform teams to ensure successful project delivery
