Job Role

As a strategic team facilitator, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams in highly regulated industries. This involves facilitating Scrum, Kanban, or Disciplined Agile (DA) frameworks to drive solution clarity and enable successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Agile teams in Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Technology sectors
  • Facilitating Agile events and ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work and achieve business outcomes
  • Providing strong business analysis skills to shape meaningful project outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need advanced knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, as well as a solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
