About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Abcam. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and answering product-related questions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, including new releases and updates, to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues resolved and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
