Lead Manufacturing Operations

Kinrise is a fast-paced food manufacturer with iconic Australian brands across Biscuits, Breakfast, Baking, and Snackfood.

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive safe, efficient operations and motivate a passionate team to achieve their best every day.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and coach a high-performing team to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Oversee production performance, identifying opportunities to boost output and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Cultivate a culture of compliance and safety standards for OH&S, GMP, and HACCP.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges and maintain smooth operations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 4–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing (FMCG/food industry valued).
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – using data to drive decisions.
  • Clear communication and natural ability to engage and energise your team.
