Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Lead to oversee the efficient delivery of business outcomes through effective technical team management and optimization of manufacturing process flows and production layout.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical teams, with a strong understanding of Australian standards for machine design, factory layouts, and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Chartered engineering status (CPEng or RPEQ) or equivalent;
  • Over five years of experience in manufacturing;

  • Demonstrated innovation and creativity in previous roles, as well as the ability to use engineering tools and ERP's such as AutoCad2D, Inventor 3D, Vault, and SAP;
  • Experience managing technical teams of engineers and drafters, along with a strong understanding of electrical requirements and standards;
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
