Seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and exceeds expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Anticipate guests' needs to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide efficient and seamless service.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a high-end restaurant with ability to articulate flavor profiles and recommend beverage pairings.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and drive to provide a memorable experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours.
  • Current RSA card (or interim certificate).
