About our role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for national contract customers. This includes responding to inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online chat, while ensuring service levels and key performance indicators are consistently met.
- Act as the primary contact for national contract customers, resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer requests accurately, meeting contractual key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- Maintain accuracy across multiple systems, ensuring end-to-end processes are completed.
- Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within commercial contracts.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, ideally within healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and web-based systems.
