Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of service, working collaboratively with the team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Take initiative to go above and beyond in welcoming and serving guests, driving business growth and success.
  • Manage assigned sections to the highest level, demonstrating expertise in customer service and hospitality.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume establishment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • A solid understanding of what great service means, with a passion for delivering it.
  • Full availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hosting experience and knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Experience as an all-rounder or waitress/waiter, with a proven track record of excellent service delivery.
