We are seeking a Claims Manager to join our team. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for resolving client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in using CRM and other relevant tools.
- Resolve client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service
- Proactively identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and client experience
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Uphold policies and procedures while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
Key qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a corporate setting within a service industry such as insurance and banking industries.
