Operational Resilience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Lead to join our Risk Management team and drive enterprise-wide frameworks and capability that support a resilient, responsive, and secure organization.

This is a critical and rewarding opportunity to shape our resilience strategy across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory landscapes, uplift capability across senior leadership, and lead a small team of risk professionals as we continue to evolve with the pace of digital and regulatory change.

  • Design and implement operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, and IT disaster recovery frameworks.
  • Provide second-line oversight and assurance over operational resilience, working closely with technology, business units, and senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide risk assessments, scenario testing, and supplier reviews to identify and address resilience vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain critical governance forums, reporting to risk committees and leadership on resilience measures and risk appetite alignment.
  • Manage response to crisis events, including convening crisis management meetings and overseeing end-to-end recovery procedures.
  • Drive education and awareness programs for leaders and teams, supporting a strong and embedded risk culture.
  • Lead a small, high-performing team of Risk and BCP Managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or crisis management.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically.
