Role title: Business Operations Officer
Salary Range: $99,938 - $110,271 + superannuation and leave loading
Duration: Ongoing
Location: Parramatta

About the Team

Join the Fleet & Uniform Team within the Business Operations Unit as a Business Operations Officer, grade 5/6. This role involves coordinating fleet, uniform, and body-worn video cameras for SafeWork NSW staff, liaising with stakeholders, and analyzing process and system improvements. The position requires movement of motor vehicles, primarily from the Parramatta office.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage fleet and IT programs related to fleet management
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate records and databases
  • Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
  • Engage with stakeholders and maintain service orientation
  • Work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Apply analytical thinking and attention to detail

About you

  • Experience in fleet coordination is preferred
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism
  • Stay updated with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Resilient, flexible, and able to handle shifting priorities
  • Resolve complex issues and adapt processes as needed
  • Hold a Class A Australian Driver's Licence
