The role

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a diverse and fast-growing team? We are recruiting for an Account Specialist to join our team in Parramatta, working to support several of our clients across multiple industries. You\'ll play a key role in developing client relationships and helping them fulfill their recruitment needs, managing daily operations, and handling administrative tasks such as time sheets and health & safety compliance. This role requires regular site visits. You\'ll thrive here if you\'re resilient, a quick learner, and ready for a challenging role.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for our InHouse Services team
  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with recruiters to facilitate a smooth interview and placement process, ensuring top talent is delivered to clients
  • Act as mobile support for various client accounts, showing resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
About you
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience; eager to learn and grow
  • Driven by a passion for client management and skilled at relationship building
  • Positive, team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • High achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment where success is measured by results
  • Commitment and stability in previous roles
  • Driver\'s license
  • Applicant may be required to complete an Australian Federal Police check to meet on-site requirements
