Operational Resilience Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Lead to drive enterprise-wide frameworks and capability that support a resilient, responsive, and secure organization.

  • Lead the design and implementation of operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, and IT disaster recovery frameworks.
  • Provide second-line oversight and assurance over operational resilience, working closely with technology, business units, and senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide risk assessments, scenario testing, and supplier reviews to identify and address resilience vulnerabilities.
  • Build and maintain critical governance forums, reporting to risk committees and leadership on resilience measures and risk appetite alignment.
  • Manage response to crisis events, including convening crisis management meetings and overseeing end-to-end recovery procedures.
  • Drive education and awareness programs for leaders and teams, supporting a strong and embedded risk culture.
  • Lead a small, high-performing team of Risk and BCP Managers.

This highly visible role works across global business units and technology teams, providing independent second-line risk oversight, ensuring we're not only meeting our regulatory obligations — but continually strengthening our ability to respond to operational risks and disruption events.
