Asset Management Specialist

The Asset Management Specialist plays a crucial role in creating value for the business by supporting daily operational management of the fleet, including leased vehicle management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet Database Information Management
  • Registration Renewals and Roadworthy Inspections
  • Manage Enquiries from Drivers and Site Contacts
  • Recharge requests from leasing companies, stakeholder approvals
  • Data analysis tools to interpret and report on data
  • Support Category Management team in data analytics requirements
  • Proactively suggest improvements to processes or approaches
  • Report on past events, issues, and trends
  • Liaison between different departments within the organisation
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in Fleet Management, including vehicle leasing and roads transport authorities
  • Well-organised with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Making decisions to drive right business outcomes
  • ERP systems like SAP and Ariba
  • Effective team relationships, leadership and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-up for accurate documentation
  • Contract administration experience
  • Prioritise and manage large volumes of work
  • High level of computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
