Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of our company's vehicle fleet across multiple sites. This critical role ensures that our vehicles are safe, reliable, and cost-effective, while balancing strategy with hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Manage vendor relationships for fuel, repairs, leasing, and servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local transportation regulations, insurance requirements, and safety standards.
  • Lead vehicle procurement, lifecycle management, and replacement planning.
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and safety teams to support drivers and staff.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of fleet best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
