Job Opportunity

The Asset Administrator plays a key role in creating value for the business by supporting the National Asset Coordinator and National Asset Manager in daily operational management of the fleet. This includes managing leased vehicle fleets, working with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing data for annual reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet database information management
  • Registration renewals and roadworthy inspections
  • Managing general enquiries from drivers and site contacts
  • Managing recharge requests from leasing companies, including stakeholder approvals
  • Interpreting and reporting on data using various tools
  • Supporting the Category Management team in data analytics requirements
  • Identifying process improvements and suggesting changes
  • Reporting on past events, issues, and trends
  • Acting as a liaison between different departments
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in fleet management, including vehicle leasing and dealing with transport authorities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Decision-making ability to drive business outcomes
  • Proven ability to work on ERP systems like SAP
  • Leadership and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Contract administration experience
  • Ability to prioritise and manage large volumes of work
  • High level of computer literacy and skills in MS Office
