Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to own client relationships and lead campaign execution from strategy to reporting.

You will work closely with clients, managing day-to-day communication, overseeing reporting, setting campaign strategies, developing new creative ideas, and running conversion-focused ads across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

The Role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, launching, testing, measuring, and optimising conversion-focused campaigns across various platforms.

You will develop campaign strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Additionally, you will analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare clear, actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for the agency.
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to produce engaging, high-performing ads.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on campaign management across major paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and attribution.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, confident in presenting results, managing expectations, and building relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
