About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data-driven marketing and automation to drive results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing impactful, data-driven marketing and automation programs across customer lifecycles. They will oversee lead nurture campaigns from strategy to execution and optimization, working closely with sales, product, and CX teams.

Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategies, managing Salesforce and Pardot platforms, refining lead scoring methodologies, reporting on marketing effectiveness and optimizing campaigns, segmenting and personalizing marketing efforts across customer journey stages, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals, and more.

This role reports directly to the Head of Growth and offers hybrid working arrangements.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of marketing automation experience
  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement)
