Azeus Systems Limited is expanding its ESG Business Development team to support our Convene ESG Software, which aims to empower clients in their sustainability reporting journey. We are seeking an experienced ESG Business Growth Specialist to drive sales execution and build key customer relationships.

The role requires significant interaction with clients, partners, and Azeus personnel, leveraging strong communication skills to deliver customer presentations and proposals, negotiate business deals, and maintain awareness of legislation and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements, product demonstrations, and bid preparation support.
  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
  • Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations and advise on product pricing and business plan targets.
  • Manage follow-up customer training and product implementation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • MBA/degree-level education and at least 3 years of experience in selling software/technology to corporate executives.
  • Preferably experience in selling services/products to listed companies and BSFI.
  • Must be fluent in English.
