Job Description

The role of a Governance Reporting Analyst is to provide analytical support to the Risk team for risk measures and metrics, as well as governance support for all Divisional Risk Committees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and deliver agendas for Divisional Risk Committee meetings and provide secretary support, including minute taking and maintaining decision registers.
  • Develop and maintain Group/Divisional indicator dashboards in Power BI and/or GRC.
  • Lead risk culture initiatives and support the implementation of risk frameworks.
  • Support risk awareness training and standard operating procedures.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders across multiple teams, supporting/acting as the Secretariat face to various Divisional Risk Committees and engaging with Executive General Managers and General Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using Power BI and/or GRC software.
