Program Governance Specialist

The ideal candidate will join a large tertiary education institute to support the Director and Manager of Product services in the oversight of a large program of work. The role involves ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reporting and financial documentation.

  • Support the Product Team by providing high level reporting and maintaining schedules of work across the program portfolio.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including internal teams, external government agencies, and clients to ensure alignment with governance and strategic objectives.
  • Utilize systems such as JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Power BI to support operations and provide insights.

The Program Governance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing reporting frameworks and performance tracking tools against objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships across the organisation.
  • Working independently to manage tasks and deliverables within required timeframes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualification in program or project management or equivalent experience.
