Job Title: Governance & Reporting Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced governance and reporting specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent advisory skills, with the ability to provide authoritative advice to stakeholders on governance and reporting requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure corporate operations comply with relevant legislation, standards, and policies.
  • Oversee complex documentation for submissions, briefings, reports, and Board papers.
