This is a Federal Organisation and security clearance requirements are only valid to Australian Citizens.
As the Reporting Coordinator, you will be working as part of a joint program team. You will work closely with the Manager of Program Coordination to contribute to the overall performance of the Program.
The role adds value by providing effective, consistent, accurate and timely reporting across all levels of the organisation including up to the Board of Directors, Government, and other key stakeholders.

**You will be**:
- Responsible for drafting Ministerial Briefs and responses to questions for rapid review and approval by the Program Director and Chief Executive Officer's office
- Assist with drafting background briefs and talking points for the Program Director for the Chief Executive Officer in preparation for Senate Estimates
- Able to interpret low level factual data and provide high-level summaries that can be clearly understood by executives and government staff
- Has sound political acumen to respond to the nuances and sensitivities around the reporting of a high-profile program of international significance
- Collect and collate data in order to design and prepare regulatory reports
- Prepare and provide consistent, timely and accurate reports using appropriate tools, preparing graphs, and other artefacts to illustrate forecast requirements, activities, or other matters in relation to program performance. Ensure that the data in the reports is consistent and aligned with the darea contained in the source locations.
- Updating and maintenance of reporting information including dashboards and other artefacts
- Promote adopted program reporting practices. Discuss and incorporate improvements through a consultative process with stakeholders.
- Own the ongoing development and improvement of the reporting framework elements allocated to the role.
