About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planner to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical part in coordinating and scheduling resources for preventative maintenance and urgent fixes requested by our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule resources for preventative maintenance and urgent fixes
  • Work closely with customers, engineering, and operations teams to ensure requests are met in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email
  • Ensure requests are rectified in sufficient time and keep clients up to date

What You'll Need

  • Excellent customer service skills and a sense of urgency
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or coordinator role
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Great stakeholder engagement skills
