About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule resources for preventative maintenance and urgent fixes
  • Work closely with customers, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email
  • Ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner and keep clients up to date
