The role of Resource Coordinator plays a critical part in our service team. This fast-paced position works across and with several teams to coordinate resources and resolve issues for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.

As a Resource Coordinator, you will work directly with our customers, engineering, and operations teams to:

  1. Coordinate and schedule resources for preventative maintenance and urgent fixes requested by customers
  2. Take in calls for reactive requests, schedule and dispatch Engineers, and manage essential services
  3. Raise job orders, perform data entry, and ensure data integrity
  4. Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email, ensuring requests are rectified in sufficient time and keeping clients up to date
