About The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced commercial leader with strong operational expertise to take ownership of our business's profit and loss (P&L), scale our operations and manage a large team across sales, customer experience, logistics, finance and business management.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth, optimise costs and expand margins.
- Lead and mentor a near 100-person team.
- Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to diagnose issues and implement improvements quickly.
- Plan and execute expansion into new locations.
- Partner with the CEO and Founder's team to influence growth strategy and execution roadmap.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership.
- Hands-on leadership style: pragmatic, decisive and able to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into action.
- Commercial acumen, with experience in scaling operations, margin optimisation and efficiency improvements.
- Resilient, adaptable and motivated to deliver results in a fast-growth environment.
