About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven In-Work Support Professional to join our team. This role plays a vital part in empowering individuals to maintain sustainable employment outcomes.

The successful candidate will provide ongoing mentoring, guidance, and practical assistance to both participants and employers to help resolve workplace challenges, strengthen retention, and promote long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of focus.
  • Provide tailored post-placement and on-the-job support to participants to help them maintain sustainable employment.
  • Mentor participants and offer specialized assistance to address workplace or personal barriers.
  • Engage with the local community, industries, and stakeholders to identify growth and revenue opportunities for the organization.
  • Monitor placement progress and outcomes and communicate any risks to relevant team members.
Requirements:
  • Prior Employment Services experience will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with participants and employers.
  • Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Strong administration and compliance capabilities with a high attention to detail.
