
Reintegration Specialist

This position plays a critical role in supporting individuals as they transition back into the community. The Reintegration Specialist will require strong administrative skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting detainees pre-release and post-release from correctional facilities
- Establishing and supporting referrals to services surrounding community supervision requirements, basic needs, accommodation, healthcare/mental health, income support and employment, and restoring connections with family, community, and culture
- Building effective working relationships with clients, Community Corrections, and other stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative capability
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
- Able to think and act in a busy operational environment
- Diplomacy and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues
