Worker Reintegration Specialist

We're seeking a driven and dedicated individual to join our team as a Worker Reintegration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for returning people back to work and health by utilizing your Workers Compensation knowledge and experience, coupled with your empathy and passion.

About the Role
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate clients or government clients.
  • Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to meet key compliance and performance measures.
  • Determine liability and timely assessment of treatment requests.
  • Appropriately document claims decisions.
  • Utilize claims management systems to develop and implement claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes.
About You
  • Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to handle difficult situations and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactive with a drive to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt when changes occur.
