Offender Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking motivated candidates to join our dedicated team focused on delivering effective offender rehabilitation programs and promoting community safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases for individuals on community orders, developing and implementing strategies to support their reintegration into society.
  • Collaborate with offenders in custody to prepare them for successful reintegration into the community.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders and communities, including Aboriginal and culturally and linguistically diverse groups.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of the NSW criminal justice system.
  • Strong case management skills, with a focus on delivering tailored support to individuals.
  • A commitment to promoting community safety and well-being.
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse communities, building strong relationships and trust.

Professional Development Opportunities:

Complete a comprehensive four-week paid training program at Corrective Services Brush Farm Academy, leading to a Certificate IV in Correctional Practice.
