- This position is responsible for overseeing and managing ICT projects and programs within the organization, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, tracking, and review of dependencies, risks, treatments, and mitigations
- Coordinate project delivery, including reporting and task coordination with business and technical teams
- Ensure coordination and reporting for project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Design and develop project artifacts such as Project Plans, Executive Papers, risk registers, change approvals, and financial reports
- Manage program governance and reporting, including status updates, decision registers, risks, and issues
- Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and ensure smooth project execution
- Collaborate with project teams to manage and coordinate resources effectively
Preferred Skillset: Experience working within a SAFe Agile environment and certifications in SAFe Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 Agile are highly desirable.
