About You

"Key Responsibilities"
  • Implement a disciplined approach to project oversight. Plan, monitor, control, and report on overall project status, providing analytical expertise to enhance project outcomes, performance, and compliance.
  • Track and report on project financial status, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization efforts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure project schedules and resource plans remain accurate and reliable, aligned to industry standards and delivery methodologies.
  • Provide technical coaching and support to project teams on schedule development, especially for complex initiatives requiring advanced planning capabilities.
  • Uphold procedures and contractual requirements across all aspects of project control.

Your Qualifications and Experience

"Requirements"
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar PMO-related role, supporting large programs with multiple projects and project managers.
  • At least two years' experience as a Project Scheduler using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience managing project controls and reporting for large-scale programs, including risk and issue tracking, deliverable and dependency management, schedule status reporting, financial management, and reporting for complex programs.
