**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Management Specialist. As a key member of our capture operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, transitioning plans, and work breakdown structures (WBS) in alignment with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of project management experience with an interest in developing expertise in scheduling and risk within ASDEFCON government contracting. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your project management experience to help the capture manager and bid teams secure new business growth. You will be working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where you will need to handle change management, requirements mapping, and gap analysis.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 1-2 years of project management experience with an interest in developing expertise in scheduling and risk within ASDEFCON government contracting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
