Project Management Specialist

This role drives project outcomes aligned with national security objectives by providing high-level project support across multiple Defence initiatives.
- A strong understanding of Defence project governance and capability lifecycle is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management or coordination in a Defence or government environment, and excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
An analysis of complex information and provision of clear, actionable recommendations are also required.
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Public Administration, or related field are preferred, along with a minimum 5 years' experience in a project or program support role.
Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira is necessary, as well as PRINCE2, AgilePM, or PMP certification.
