Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Project Management Specialists to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to commence or continue their career in project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project and program management support across complex Defence acquisitions, scheduling and developing project documentation, engaging with stakeholders and preparing briefings for senior leadership, managing risk and project governance activities, and conducting technical writing, including strategies, plans, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project and program management support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Schedule and develop project documentation to facilitate effective project planning and execution
  • Engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships and prepare briefings for senior leadership
  • Manage risk and project governance activities to minimize risks and ensure compliance
  • Conduct technical writing, including strategies, plans, and performance reporting to communicate project status and progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance
  • Broad or specialist experience in project management
