Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader who can drive our Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice forward.

The Opportunity

As the Practice Lead, you will shape our strategic direction, lead a talented team of consultants, and deliver integrated solutions empowering clients with a modern, productive workplace while building custom applications to compete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Direction: Define and execute the strategy for Modern Work and Application Development practices, fostering a cohesive approach to client solutions.
  • Lead and Manage Your Team: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Foster Collaboration: Empower consultants to grow and succeed in a collaborative environment.
  • Manage Practice Growth: Monitor capacity, align resources with project demands, and foster accountability.
  • Oversee Project Delivery: Guide solution design, development, and delivery across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Lead Pre-Sales and Growth: Drive new business through technical engagements and proposal development.
  • Build Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

You Will Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in IT consulting, application development, or modern workplace transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and emerging technologies like generative AI.
  • Leadership skills, demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders and present compelling technical solutions.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset with a track record of fostering continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
