Modern Workplace Transformation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic initiatives in the modern workplace transformation space. This leadership role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of organizational transformation, focusing on Microsoft technologies and collaboration solutions.

The successful candidate will inspire and guide teams to deliver innovative, future-proof solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and modern work specialists, ensuring successful design, implementation, and adoption of modern workplace solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects related to Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiatives that improve workplace productivity and collaboration.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Modern Work practice, aligning with business goals and emerging trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in modern workplace transformation, IT consulting, or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
